Because all Pacific Mischief Co. products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
